There was constructon equipment and saws running the entire week. An apathetic Hilton Staff did not even offer to fins us a new room.
Total lack of hospitality. You can get abused at a much better bargain at The Red Roof Inn.
South Seas Island Resort was nothing short of amazing. It's definitely upscale, but you know what they say -- you get what you pay for. Our room was not what was described, it was a beach villa, not by the beach at all, but by the pool. There was no tv in the bedroom, like other rooms had, and it took two days after several facilities workers came to the room to tell us that the room was privately owned and didn't come with a tv.

We had a multitude of service issues: invalid keys, room not ready, no luggage help offered, no crib or highchair in room, never given a crib sheet, no fresh towels/sheets until 5pm, coffee/water not replenished, glasses/mugs not replaced, elevator broken throughout week, food orders incorrect
