This hotel has been refurbished recently and our room showed that, but the overall atmosphere was negative and we really disliked the property.

Biggest problem with the Shelbourne is its rooms and charging for stuff other hotels provide for free. The room we stayed in looked like it had not been updated in 20-30 years. all i can say about this hotel is terrible

one of the bell boys his attitude was just pissed us off!!!!!we r almost get fight with him..but nobody care cuz they just don't care about their guests i can't believe the hotel $300 per nite! just wasted my money...of course i'll never stay there again and if it's possible i want get my money back!!!!!

The location near the beach was nice. HOWEVER,the service was poor. The room was dirty, we had no hot water, the beds sounded like you were sleeping in baby cribs. i liked the food alot but i disliked the bugs!!!!Just kiddin!!!The waiters were also really good and fast at bringing towels , tissue , and oother supplies that we often needed. Also my favorite food was i think the alfredo!!!

The Shelborne Hotel's reservation department and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I made a booking, six months in advance, and they realized that they could get more money because it was during high season. They cancelled my reservation and told me that I could rebook at a higher rate.

The rooms were small and dirty. Service was awful. Compared to the adjacent hotels this is a rip off.

They put all of their money into the lobby area.

Waste of money, will not stay there again!

I loved this hotel!! Only one word "extraordinary!!" From the moment you make contact with the staff of the hotel you feel at home. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The Ocean view rooms are to die for. I recommend this hotel to anyone!!
