The room stunk from a mattress that smeeled of BO. The toilet leaked all over the tile floor and flooded the bathroom, we almost fell a few times and when we told them it was no big deal to them. They did give us a very small discount when we left. Last October this was bought by new people, so not the same owners and the Chocolate shop is gone too. Their website is misleading and they need to update it.

Great Great place excellent customer service,even let us use thier beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach,also gave us washing powder to do our laundry,we are from St Louis Mo, so we are not used to this kind of hospitality,clean nice rooms,very satisfied,great little breakfast for free from the local diner they comp you,excellent exellent value,will be staying here again on our next carnival cruise out of Port Canaveral.

We booked here because the reviews were very good, but apparently the other guests never asked for a refund for one night?
Friday the room was very hot when we checked in, I guess they don't get it ready for booked guests? It cooled down eventually though after several hours.

This is a great place to stay for visiting the Kennedy Space Center which is not far away. The motel was clean, and the service was friendly. The beach was just across the road. No frills, but excellent value.

Spent couple of nights and found the place to be frienldly and well run.. The rooms are a little dark and dated but the remodled bathroom was nice.. Property is about a half mile walk to the beach.. Wireless internet was free but it was not in good working order...
