I spent one night at the sheraton, notices as soon as I got home i had left my IPod. I called the same day and got no responsed, I called and left a message for the manager to call me and after three messages I still have not received a call from the manager.

That in itself should not be such a terrible thing, however, they did not tell us that the conditions at the hotel would include no pool, no spa, no resteraunt (and no where nearby to eat) and get this - NO WATER FORHOURS DURING ONE DAY OF OUR STAY! The hotel is in a good location. The lobby is under renovation but once you get to your room, its georgeous! The rooms are very nice.

THE LOBBY BENCHES WERE DIRTY!I WAS PLACED IN RM 527,I COULDN'T BELIEVE THERE WERE STAINS ON THE COMFORTER.(MY 7YR OLD SON SD LOOK AT THE BARBECUE STAINS) I DROPPED MY COFFEE ON THE ENTRANCE RUG,WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF.LATER THAT NIGHT, YOU COULD SEE IT DRIED ON THE FLOOR AND RUG.

I have been trying to call their reservations number for hours. Can't even get them to answer. I am so glad I looked here. Now I will just forget it and go somewhere else.
