I stay at the University Inn when I go to work in Orlando. I own my own business and the hotel is very reasonable in rate. The rooms are clean but they are no hilton. Room #110 key card entry not operational, we were given a key to open the room door which was not locked. Upon room inspection the had a damp smell and was not clean. Returned to front desk and had to wint 30 minutes for someone to show up for a refund, as we cound not stay in this establishment. Pool was closed due to chemicals being added however it was dirty. Building should be torn down and rebuilt.
