Cobwebs so thick on the walls it looked like the Haunted Mansion. Dust, dirt, broken faucets and MOLD on the bathtub grout. Oh, let's not forget the stopped up sink. We asked that the room be cleaned and they said it already was ! Room 1020 the Tahiti bldg.

I have no complaints. the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the room was nice, the pool was great, the view was awesome!!

The rooms were huge, not dark as I had heard, and clean every day (including towel animals). I loved it - my only complaint was that the refrigerator didn't cool very well. I would certainly recommend!!

This is the hotel were the bounty of the islands awaits it is my favorite hotel in disney!!!! the only unpositive thing about the polynesian was the food at the "spirit of aloha dinner show" wasn't thatgreat otherwise it was a wonderful expirence!

Played golf at the resort the day of check in......had a meeting to attend to later in the day.......called to see if I could check in a little early so I could shower and make it to the meeting.....couldn't tell me....missed the meeting.....fridge didn't work, got a replacement and it didn't work.....A/C didn't work.....almost ...

Concierge rooms are very comfortable and convenient with a helpful concierge staff and beautiful lounge, but we've stayed here many times and enjoy the Tahiti longhouse as well.
