The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Everyone was warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable its hard to get up in the morning. There was also a great pool on the 5th floor with a great bar and good food which wasn't expensive. There was a great breakfast buffet each morning in the Indigo restaurant and also drinks there later were a plus. Take advantage of the spa and jacuzzi as well...

Great hotel in downtown Miami. The pool is not spectacular, but the view is. If you are staying downtown, it is a great location.

We arrived in Miami in the afternoon and after and long wait at the rental car place we were ready to relax. When we arrived at the hotel we were helped up to our room, where the view was great. When I arrived at the hotel the registration desk attendant was very helpful in answering my questions on places to dine and travel locations. The view was excellent in the rooms and I had a wonderful time.

I ONLY STAYED FOR A WEEKEND AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AT REGISTRATION WITH A SMILE THE HOUSECLEANING PERSON WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTED MY WISHES TO SLEEP IN AND WHEN I WENT TO THE POOL WHEN I GOT BACK MY ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. I REALLY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE HOTEL.
