We arrived at 1:30am after driving 7 hours. We were too tired to change hotels. The location was good. The front desk clerk was nice but the room was horrible. Bugs everywhere including beds, walls, sink and fridge. Dirty washcloths in bathroom. The A/C did not get cool at all (Mid August). Do not stay here unless you want to spend the night in the heat and stay up with the bugs.

This hotel has everything you could need for a short get away. Micro-fridge in the room and continental breakfast included make the stay even easier. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and it is just arround the corner from Busch Garden.

When we checked in, I knew it was fishy. The staff was friendly though. As time went on we found more and more stuff to be bad! There were people lurking around outside and in. The staff seemed friendly and we asked that our light in our bathroom be fixed because it was flickering and they did, the A/C worked awsome but no cable tv,continental breakfast was old donuts and old coffee and the area was full of suspicious people walking around at all hours, but you get what u pay for!

I was a frist time florida visitor so I was expecting a really nice hotel. While this did not live up to my expectations I did enjoy my time there.

Every fixture of the room was damage (Toilet, Vanity, lamps, carpet) room was smeally and dearty. The Manager was helpfull and understanding but I still waiting for my refund of charges because I checkout 15 minutes after check in.

The worst feeling one can experience is to wake up with cockroaches in your bed! We arrived in the evening and were only looking for a night's rest close to Busch Gardens. The location was great but the bugs were intolerable. I would not recommend staying there unless they hire a pest control company.
