Travelocity completly screwed up our reservation our room was not availble when we arived in miami at 10:00 at night! and they did nothing to find us a new hotel. The travelocity guy was rude to us and argued with us. BUT The staff at hotel Biscaya was wonderfull! They looked forever on the computer and made calls to find us a hotel room for us to ...

About the hotel good service but there was a noise at morning.

What I most liked was how easy I could get to key tourist places. What I did not like was how long it took to get some service. It was average in reference to cleanliness and over all the price of the hotel was not bad. It was convenient and the overall experience was average!

Although it's conveniently located, everything about the hotel was dirty! Being there at NYE made the place crowded and loud.

I will not recomended to anybody. Is the first time in all my traveling experience that I get holes in my blankets....the blankets looked like a swiss cheese!!!!!
