We stayed at the Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach, Florida from July 23 - 27, 2009. We were impressed with the resort's decor, grounds, facilities and environment, which are spectacularly beautiful. Clearwater Beach had been in great need of a resort and spa of this category for many years.

Built on the site of the former Clearwater Beach Hotel - the first hotel on Clearwater Beach. The Hunter family ( who owned and ran the CBH for years) and JMC came together and built this first class resort. The place is beautiful - the pool is awesome! WOW! WOW! WOW!

Just came back from a 4 night stay at the SandPearl. The hotel is very nice the second night into our stay the hot water went completely out very inconvient for the money you pay this is Bull. The morning we checked out the hot water went out again now im really ready to come home the good thing is we got refunded for the 2 days.

Me and my fiance had scheduled a meeting with a the sales dept to plan a wedding and sure enough she didnt show up and never called to cancel. I was very suprised with the lack of customer service and the impersonal professionalism of the person we were working with. This lady never once picked up the phone to talk about wedding details and would always email to answer any questions that we might have had..

The Sandpearl and it's staff provided a most comfortable stay. The professioanlism and focus to cutomer satisfaction and service was the best I have ever seen.I pray that my travels take me back there someday!!

We absolutely loved the Sandpearl Resort. It was the best resort that I have ever stayed at. The staff from every department inside and out were extremely helpful in every way. We stayed in room 512 over looking the pool and of course the best view ever of the gulf. Plenty to do at the hotel and near by, including numerous types of watersports. I wish we were back already! Thank you Sandpearl, way to go!!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel, but service is not that great. I have stayed at other hotels that are 3 to 4 star. I got better service from them than the Sandpearl.

Please note that all reviews from 2005 and before refer to the previous hotel at this site, the Clearwater Beach Hotel. That was torn down, and the Sandpearl is a completely different building.

We stayed at Sandpearl hotel for a week in unit 721 and it was absolutely perfect experience!. Fun for everyone, best chef, best bar and service. Just paradise!
