I like the enviroment, I dislike the noise. The employees are gentle and kind. the kitchen is one of the best on east coast. i wanna go back soon.

What i like was the view,the customer service. and i also loved the comfort in their beds that felt like "i was sleeping on clouds. THe things they had available and accessible for their guest.

I like the service, make you feel like been at home, with more Luxury and elegance.
The best is that I can bring my boat, and go for candle night dinner on my boat on the beautiful Biscayne Bay.
The view is beautiful, and you have a view from your room to oll the city, and the gorguos diferent views.

Everything was amazinggg!!!It was one of the kind vacation that I ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rooms were sunny and pool was excellent! Overall I would go back again for sure.

i dislike that somebody touch the door anytime No body touch my door room during my time there. I love peace and relax in my vacations too. That why its the best place in Miami

I liked the people that worked at the hotel, they treated my family as we were vip guest. The rooms were nice and clean. I wouldn't change nothing that they doing. They were very helpful in finding things to do with the family.

the price is some kind of high than most people can afford. And why do we need to pay for drink in the room? I thought it's all included in the rent.
