Four Points is really taking the bull by the horns in having acquired a rather unattractive corner 10-story and cleaning it up, with full and thorough remodel, adding mall-style shopping, renovated underground parking, and staffers that are friendly and polite and always always make a point to great me when I come and go! I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel if you have other options. You are not going to be totally dissatisfied, but there just seems to be one problem after another.

1) Yellow water comes from facet. I was unable to get any employee to drink the 'fresh' water that I had just collected from the tap :)

This hotel should be ashamed to use the name Ramada Inn. The customer service was really bad. The first room that they gave us had not been cleaned so they gave us another one and the air condition was broke. They said that they would send someone to fix it-nerver did.
