Great option for a family vacatrion. Close to two Metro stations within walking distance. Also, two great shopping malls close by. Service was really good.Rooms were also OK and spacious.Breakfast is super. Full breakfast included evereything you can think off. We all gained a few extra pounds guilty of morning breakfast. I would definitely return to this hotel in my next trip to Washington. Friendly and helpful people, also

This was one of the best, if not THE best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The atrium was beautiful and the piano made for an intimate setting. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The location is right off the highway that will take you right into the heart of DC on 14th St., making it easy to travel back and forth to the sight-seeing of city. ...

All 2-room suites is definitely the best feature. You can sleep comfortably and not be subjected to those who seem to relish slamming their doors at 1 AM!
Free happy hour and breakfast, responsive service, free shuttle to the Metro and DCA.
Great location for Pentagon business, proximity to Metro makes it perfect for tourists as well.

Traveling with a child, we always try to stay at Embassy Suites. This was our 5th different one, and it was THE BEST ONE!
Perfectly located, staff over the top helpful, shuttle service to Metro stations, malls or restaurant row.
You cannot see everything in the D.C. area in the 4 days we stayed, so we will definately be back at this same hotel!

The Embassy Suites Crystal City has become the place my family and I stay whenever we come to the DC/NOVA area. Great Service, clean, and wonderful two room suites. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for Internet access in the room.

Stay here during the New Years Holiday. Excellent hotel, very clean, family oriented and employees are very helpful. Breakfast is awsome.

The only thing I didn't like was to pay for the internet in the room and the attitude of the restaurant manager. She is very rude and disrespectful.
