Those who rate this hotel high probably never stayed at a nice hotel. This hotel is aweful - everything from the lobby (isnt it ugly?) to the rooms set up. There is no good light anywhere in the room. Bathroom is absolutely tiny. The staff is horrible. The cleaning lady I guess accidently set my alarm for 6 am one morning while I didnt have to wake ...

The hotel was hosting some sort of function, maybe a wedding, I don't know but the hotel restaurant's service was very poor because of it. We waited over 15 minutes to get a waiter over to take our order and a very long time to get bread and beverages. The service was terrible and too slow.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

The hotel is located around 1.5 miles out of town and there are very few local resteraunts - the hotel offers only a limited snack type menu. The hotel offers a free shuttle into town, however they have limited drivers and I ended up haveing to take a $10-15 taxi ride on the few occaisons I ventured out.
