Run down, shabby , lousy service food all add up to a really bad experience. PLEASE Dont make my mistake read the other reviews. I wish I had and it would have saved me a bundle. Its a mess .

the service was excellent, the villas cosy and welcoming, and the grounds were lovely. You can schedule as much as you like or just lay back and have a relaxing retreat. We are planning to go back next year and highly recommend it.

My girlfriends and I went away for a girls weekend for relxation and pampering. What a treat. Spa services and attendents were excellent. I was pregnant with my last baby and the prenatal massage was the best ever. A true spa experience. Food was great as well. We are actually going back again this month. I recommend this spa to all my friends.

Th Spa at Norwich is a great place to get away and relax. The rooms are very comfortable and allow you to feel the ultimate relaxation. They are also extremely clean and are kept that way by the cleaning staff. The Spa services are top notch and the staff is extremely knowledgable and professional. It is easy to get to and a great place to go to if you want to relax for a few days.
