Had a great time at the Inn, almost as much fun as the Casino. Good service, friendly staff, very very clean.

Likes: charm, great food, spa services and variety, pool, personal training, beautiful rooms with fireplaces, location to Connecticut tourism and events.

The "Inn" is great for a romantic getaway, or business outing - versatile.

Dislikes: very minor - expensive compared to other banquet halls, spas and resorts, smaller and less space compared to similar spas and resorts in the same category.

We went on a mother daughter over night. It was sooooooo relaxing. I have been to other spas and thought this was the best. The setting was special. All the services and classes were run well. We especially liked the hot stone massage--a must!

My girlfriends and I go to the spa every year. Each year we stay longer and do more! We love the complimentary tea and scones that are served in the late afternoon and we totally enjoy the relaxed but, professional atmosphere. We are treated like queens and we love it! Can't wait to go back with my husband for our anniversary!

Please keep in mind when visiting the Norwich Inn and Spa that it is an old hotel has recently (within the past 20 years) been back to life! The Inn was "new" in the 1930's.
