there was no temp control in the room. the customer service was poor. the pillows were flat. the breakfest was cold. the bed was hard as a rock.

It is "elegant" and clean, but I found that the traffic on the street side comes right through the walls, even on the 5th floor where my room was. Front desk personal took there time checking me in. Room service got my order wrong took 45 min to get coffee and juice. Housekeeping never cleaned my room. Fitness center was so dirty and smelled so bad I did'nt use it. I will never stay there again,I will also tell every one I know not to stay there.
