Nice room and good location. Unfortunately, service is not one of this hotel's strengths. Housekeeping needs to better train its staff.

Hotel feels a bit dated and the room didn't strike me as particularly fresh. I was also disappointed by the number of trash bags and room service trays in the hallways.

The layout requires 2 elevator rides and a fair amount of walking to reach the upper floors. This is time consuming and a bit frustrating, especially after a day on the slopes.

On the upside, the staff is friendly and helpful.
