The hotel location is great, the views are stunning and the service was helpful. We have been coming back for years, however, we have had the same complaint each time. CARPETS!! They look clean until you look at the bottom of our kids feet!! Filthy, black, and downright discuting. In the past the hotel did what they could to accomidate us, but ...

The outside looks great! But in this case looks are decieving!
Motel 6 would of been a better choice!
For $150 + I expected alot more from Best Western ... the beds and pillows are not comfortable...needs updating badly!

Not as close to the Hot Springs Pool as they lead you to believe. Nice looking rooms but floors were filthy. The carpeting made the bottom of our feet black.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, but it can be noisy since it's right next to the highway. The people at the front desk were extremely nice and very helpful in recommending places to eat nearby.

The room had a small refrigerator and microwave, which we were not expecting, so it was a bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Antlers, the rooms were clean and the service great. The continental breakfast was also very nice. I would Definitely stay here again if I am ever going through Glenwood Spings. The convienience to the Glenwood caverns and local area was a plus. Thanks for the fine service.
