We have been involved with Bear Claw since 1974 and have owned a unit as well as renting. Quite simply, there is no finer condo, anywhere. The location, the amenities, the accommodations and the service are fantastic.

As we travel to other areas around the world, we have not found a place that we like better.

This was the best condo that I have stayed at of all of the other 6 places that I have stayed at. Simply the best ski in-ski out. No need to hike your skis and boots to the slopes. We stayed at Bear Claw a few years ago and it has BY FAR the best location in Steamboat. Steamboat has very few true ski-in ski-out accommodations, but Bear Claw is. Right down to the Gondola or Christie lift.

The service was great, especially the on-demand shuttle. The unit we stayed in was a little out-dated, but we have seen others and most are remodeled. You do pay for that great location.

The people were really nice and you could walk right out of the door and be on the mountain. The rooms were really nice and well kept up.
