Shower handle was broken in room 215. Only cold water came out of the shower head. Hotel staff would not fix or issue a partial refund.

I stayed here in early June and it was a pleasant stay. I had no overall complaints and the front desk staff was very helpful. The amenties you get in your rooms is worth the money. I looked at the motel prices in the area and this one is one of the lowest and it still provides alot for you. I defintely recommend anyone to stay here when they are in the city of Pasadena. I enjoyed my stay.

one of worst hotel in pasadena. Holes in the walls, burned carpet, old furniture, small bed. Very Noisy, all night, no sleep!!! Got no rest!!! No Refunds...

When i came to the hotel i was amazed at how beautiful it was and how great the rooms were. This motel is like a hidden treasure and worth the money. I would put this motel in one of my top places to stay every time I visit Southern California.

By far this hotel proved to be a very great experience for me, everything was wonderful from the staff to the building's beautiful glow with great room amenities. I would love to come back and I would definitely recommend this hotel. BY FAR

This place was a great stay to get your moneys worth. A fridge and microwave free continental breakfast a beautiful pool area. Even the guests here feel comfortable and secure within the premises. Hands down this was a great place to stay.
