Rooms in the Sheraton hotel is always clean and they maintain quality service. I would have to say I have nothing negative to say about this hotel

there service was great room was extra clean it made our stay special. we had family in the area it made for easy connrction to them.

The Sheraton Gateway Hotel at LA has been just the one that I was looking for in along time. I got a lovely room (King bed) for a great price. My wife and baby son really enjoyed the nice ambient clean spacious room. The room service was great. The location - just right and safe for a traveling family. All in all, a great place!

Another great Sheraton hotel experience. Rooms were clean and bedding very comfortable. Service was top notch. Only draw back, restaurants all closed at 10pm on weekday, not convenient for late check in business travelers.

First, I'd like to stress how pleasant and professional all of the employees were during my stay. There wasn't a single time when someone was rude or inattentive. I loved the bed, it was so comfortable and it really felt good on back after a long day of sight-seeing. I also really enjoy the decor and the service was also extremely nice, everyone there was friendly!
Last, I just have to mention how close it was to the airport, which ment I didn't have to get up even earlier for my already early flight.

The Sheraton Suite Sleeper is one of the main reasons I stay at the Sheraton. After a long trip there is nothing like sleeping in one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. And of course the staff and service is always great!!!!!!!

When I first arrived in my room and entered the bathroom to inspect things, I noticed some reddish/brown spots on the shower tub. I thought nothing of it at first.

Then, when I went to take a shower later in the evening, I took more care to look at the spots. I thought they were permanent; just paint marks, but instead they were ...

We really enjoyed the room,we upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. The location was convenient for the event we were attending and the service was wonderful.

One thing I really disliked was that my husband left his cell phone charger there, we called and no one has returned our call.

One other negative thought has to do with the valet, I felt that $19.00 per night was really high for parking.
