Great value for your money. Very clean, very accomodating! Front desk was wonderful, and the breakfast was good, too.

there was loud music outside. walls were vibrating. a/c was loud too. right near a busy street. the front desk was rude.the room was great.

The hotel is ultra clean and service was excellant. Value for money is here. Convenient to everything. Must have a car to get to downtown Newport and it's beautiful Balboa area.

The location is awesome! Across the street from the beach, close to theme parks- around the corner from Balboa & Newport Piers- close to shopping & dining. A nice clean hotel with free breakfast at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? While I was there the first time, I booked my room already for our next visit to the area.

Hotel must have just been remodeled. Everything was new and clean!
