the room was hot. the manager said he could not do nothing. not even another room, he suggested we open the sliding door. uh... we are in l.a. and we must share our outdoors with another room.the check-in lady was very rude.they should get a new front desk lady. the air conditioner never worked, the bathroom door didn't close. the room looked like it was never dusted. get a new manager!!!!!!!!

We got a King Suite right by the fitness room at $300 a night for Christmas eve and Christmas. Ramada "claimed" that it had a swimming pool, sauna, and a refrigerator. reading some of the other reviews, i have to say i have no idea what their problem was. the ramada was a great hotel and i had no problems at all. besides little things like the tv remote not working and them having to shut off the water for a short period of time, everything was great. their breakfast, since it is free, isn't high quality.. ...

1. Not near anywhere good.
2. Bad neighborhood (don't go out at night)
3. No bell or concierge service (had to drag all luggage to room on our own)
4. Breakfast horrible....only ate the free (you get what you paid for once)
