The Good:
The suite room 317 was very spacious, classy décor; the bed was fantastic if you like soft beds, huge bathroom all in marble. Continental breakfast is served to your room in the morning. 5 Minute walk to shops and 10 to the Aquarium.
The Bad: Fee to park in their facility, but it beats running out to fill the meters. Bathroom could’ve used a heater, little cold with marble floors.

after a phone call with "the floor desk manager" regarding a cancellation fee after 20 mins I will never book a room in that INN, rude lady... I can't imagine if you complain about something during you stay.

Location is wonderful and perfect for a trip to the aquarium. The ocean view rooms are fantastic if you enjoy watching otters and other wildlife from the balcony. Service is prompt and the staff is pleasant.
The redecorated rooms are confortable and nicely appointed.

We chose the park view to save a little money since we didn't plan on spending much time in the room anyway. Our room was one room off of Cannery Row and we still had a beautiful ocean view and we slept with the sounds of the ocean coming through the open siding door. Very modern and beautiful room that was not missing anything. We've stayed in many different rooms on our travels--none nicer than this. We will be back.
