It was clean, close to everything, and nice. The suites, where my parents stayed, we even nicer. My boyfriend and I liked our room, though the temperature was a problem. But overall, good value.

Wonderful hotel for a getaway or convention. EXCELLENT service, newly remodeled. Beds were sooo comfy and location is awesome. Continental breakfast and wine & cheese provided - so much fun! Staff is what made the stay spectacular.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the evening wine and hors d'ouevres, very tasty. The location was also superb for my needs, centered in Union square, walking distance (though kind of a long walk) to BART. The rooms were a bit chilly, so bring your warm PJ's. Overall a very nice hotel.
