Awful hotel...too pricey for what you receive. Elevators not working had to lug suitcases six flights of stairs to leave the dump. Air conditioning extremely loud, had to go to chiropractor to fix my back from poor beds...huge "sinkholes" in mattress. Convenient access to West LA and the airport without being right next to the airport. Great value. Friendly service. Also, across the street from shopping.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I was here September 19th and 20th, 2008.

1. The parking lot has a stupid electronic gate at the entrance, requiring all cars to take a ticket. Even taxis have to stop for the gate.

2. After I checked in and they gave me my room key, I went to my room... but the keycard wouldn't ...

Only bad aspect is the elevator. Other than that great place to stay. Next to mall and shopping center. Near freeway but noise is not a big concern unless you are a ultra-light sleeper.

Great location, great value. It's so convenient for traveling through lAX, and is the best solution for parking and flying. Great staff, very prompt transportation, always very clean accommodations. Great for a woman traveling alone!

This hotel was adequate and above my very low expectations.

The room was small but clean. This is a no frills hotel with a small restaurant and no gift shop -- vending machines instead.

I was disappointed that it's LAX-close and doesn't have Internet for business travelers. When I called, they told me they had dial-up (i.e. they have phones). This should be fixed.

location is very good, however they had no high speed internet access (which is needed for business travel).
