I really needed to be Downtown LA and wanted to us Starwood SPG points but Sheraton LA was sold out. The Gold Line light rail was recomended and worked great. Did not get a free complimentary breakfast. Almost every hotel gives you a free continental breakfast. The hotel is and looked old. Should'nt the hotel parking be free?

i can't believe how uncomfortable the beds were. There was no free breakfast whoch is ridicelous when u spend that much to sleep on an uncomfortable bed. The lobby looked like wal mart. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. Never going to stay there again!

The staff was unpleasant, there was very loud construction going on all day- beginning early in the morning, the hotel room was very drab. Only stay there if you will be spending practically no time in your room whatsoever. But in that case, why spend the money. Not worth it.

Property is in need of refurbishing. Room was very dated and felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned . Elevators are unpredictable. Staff was adequate.

I was married here and a lot of my out of town family/friends stayed as guest. The wedding coordinator Natalia was very helpful. The facilities/food were great and overall it was in a nice location.
