We booked this room for 2 nights for our honeymoon. Big mistake! Not customer service oriented, gave us wrong card keys/room number (we ended up waking another guest, because the attendant "didn't know what she was thinking"), gave us a comp breakfast buffet even though we were told we couldn't used it because there was no buffet, ...
Front counter staff very pleasant and polite to deal with. Very accomodating. The restaurant service was somewhat slow. All in all, enjoyed the stay and would definately recommend it to anyone. The only recommendation I would have would be to put more than 1 computer for general use. Bed was very comfortable, AC was cold, showers had great ...
We went to knots berry farm and disney. The room was comfortable, and neat. We paid $87 per night. We did not eat at the hotel, we went to Claim Jumpers. Compared to other hotels in the area it was a great deal! Not a good place for couples, a little noisy.

I am a student travelling from New York City and I can't believe how nice the front desk attendants were! I thought Californians were rude but the front desk astounded me by helping me with my lost luggage (my laptop of all things). They called American Airlines for me and promptly got my laptop just in time to turn in a thesis. They have a ...

I disliked because we were refused drinks at the bar, we had 2 beers and the Sports Bar down the street from the Oscar fight on the 5th of May, so the bartender refused us drinks, we had a room there and we went to the front desk to tell them our T.V. was not working, the clerk said she sould send somebody up there, (she never did) and the coffee ...

My travel agent booked a stay here and later cancelled it for me because of a change in plans. The hotel charged me for the stay as a "no show", I was traveling in Nov.'06, the reservation was cancelled my agent in Sept.'06......what's wrong with these people? My agent left numerous phone calls to the manager, with no ...

They want to charge me $10 a night for the right to have one . Save your money . Holiday Inn has lost my buisness

Dirty Rooms
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/30/06
Rooms are dirty, hair all over the bathroom, very slow drain on tubs, cigarette burns in the blankets, yucky sticky stains on the the floor, we found chewed up chewing gum, part of a barrett, and who knows what in of the beds. All in all, not my idea of a 3 star hotel. We did get our room switched and the other room was not much better. We ...

I really liked this hotel. I very much enjoyed that it was close to disneyland and that it was very clean. I would come back anytime.

Great Place to Stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/05
The service was very pleasant and the room very tidy. I was really impressed with their wireless internet service which is included in their price.
The location, it is in the middle of everywhere! I can take care of business and then afterwards enjoy a good restaurant and visit Downtonw Disney at the same time.
