I have stayed at the Holiday Inn-Burbank Media Center on two seperate trips and have had just a delightful experience both times.The staff is very helpful and nice.The Rooms both times were clean.The location is so convenient.I can't wait to return. Thank-you.

The hotel was in a very nice location, one strret off of what is called restraunt row. Everything you could imagine is nestled right at your fingure tips! There is a mall, movie theater, tons of places to eat all different ethnic foods, along with the everyday restraunts! A great experience!

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near a shopping center and restaurants.

The room was comfortable, clean, and my request for a non-smoking room was honored. In fact, I was upgraded to a suite because that was the only non-smoking room available at the time.

Room service was prompt and courteous. The check-in service could have been friendlier but other than that, I have no complaints.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful in every way. The location cannot be beat! Everything there at the Media Center is within walking distance to the Hotel. The view in the Crystal View Bar on the 18th floor is awesome! I would definately stay there again.
