Nice, but noisy

Typical Hilton Hotel, nice lobby, nice room, good food (for a hotel), close to restaurants, mall, movies and their shuttle will take you anywhere. Everything would have been great, had it not been for the noise. We stayed Friday and Saturday night. People use the hotel facilities for parties that last well til 2 am. That was not the worst. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. We had accounting trouble after we checked out. A young man named Scott went out of his way when the General Manager and Accounting manager would not even return my call. The hotel seems a bit dated however.

Hilton has many positive changes

This hotle has gone throught a recent sale and renovation. The staff that has been hired, especially in the banquet department is wonderful. We have moved the majority of our events to this location because of the professionalism and service.

After receiving keys that didn't work in the door, we were let in by a very nice maid. Upon correction of the key situation we waited in the hotel restaurant for ages for a simple sandwich meal. Apparently room service was hopping and those of us in the flesh got lower priority. Back in the room, a gap in the wall meant our neighbor's TV ...

My Husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we had nothing but bad service. The pool was filthy, room door jammed (we could not get out or in)which took 2 calls to the front desk to get it fixed, Our room was never cleaned ,I called 3 times for towels and still did not get them, I was hung up on by hotel staff (twice) and when I got home ...
