Customer Service ? Not so muchIt was my fault, I left a article of clothing hanging in my room and checked out. However, one visit, and three phone calls later, still nobody can tell me where my jacket is. I'm getting a complete run around from the staff "I suspect because one of them is wearing my jacket" . This hotel offers everything you need .Less than a mile from John Wayne Airport and next to (walking distence)fine restaurants such as ,Tuscany Mediterranee Grill,McCormick,Katima and El torrito but our Favorite was the Italian Fine dining Restaurant ,Tuscany Mediterranee Grill,fantastic food and eye-pleasing Ambiance,

Great hotel next to Italian Tuscany GrillLess than a mile from John Wayne airport,very clean,staff is friendly,near many good restaurants our favorite was the Tuscany Mediterrane Grill across from Embassy suites,walking distance,we stayed for 4 days and we were very happy,and Tuscany offers fine dining with romantic ambiance give them a try ,you won't be dissapointed2 of 2 Yahoo! Not impressedI've stayed at really nice Embassy Suites locations. This one was fair. My biggest complaints, they charge $12 PER DAY to park in their garage (there is NO where else to park) and they charge $10 per day for Internet service (it was fair connectivity, speed, etc).

Nice place, great peopleComing from an isolated island in the middle of the Pacific, I did feel a little awkward about being in a place as big and busy as California. However, the folks(staff) at the Embassy Suites made my stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one. Good location, horrible serviceSupposedly part of Embassy Suites' "all-suite" chain, they actually have closets for guest rooms, beware. My corporate travel agent booked 'special rate' and I was surprised to find out that rate was actually for a 'non-suite' with a full size (not queen) bed and a bathroom that was pretty much as big as the room ...You did not find this review helpful.3 of 6 Yahoo! Big suite, nice service, bad restaurantEmbassy Suites Irvine fits perfectly into the pretty, artificial, perfectly planned community that is Orange County. All the guests are on corporate accounts, so the business suits queue up in the evening for free cocktails and snacks. The made-to-order breakfasts are not to be missed.
