I booked this hotel for a group traveling together on a budget. The outside doesn't look like much but the rooms were clean. One couple went to check in very late and the room was dirty. The problem was corrected right away. This isn't a five star but it was a good value. Yes the rooms are small but attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. We would definately use them again.

This is my number 1 hotel in the world. Of Course ive been in hotels that are more luxurious but this one has perfect location, service, rooms....etc.

I stay here each time I travel to Santa Monica for business. It is only a few minutes to the ocean and a few minutes to Beverly Hills.
Rooms are big & have a fridge.

Good location, great customer service. It was under construction but wasn't a big deal to us. Very clean. I'd recommend a room away from the road. We stayed here after an awful experience at the Days Inn next door. And I plan on staying here again next month!

I stayed 10 nights over 4 separate stays in this hotel. It is convenient to most of Santa Monica, but the rooms are extremely cramped and dirty and the front desk staff has a real attitude (and little aptitude). Parking is likewise cramped. There aren't a huge number of $100/night hotels in this area, but there are a few. I'd definitely ...

The room is very small. The setting is like an old hotel and parking is limited.

Over all the price is rather high for the hotel.

The location of this hotel is great...BUT...the rooms are barely adequate, and upon check-in we were told we'd not have water at all for 6 1/2 hours! Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, once we got unpacked and were dressed and ready to go out to dinner, suddenly our ceiling started leaking from multiple places, getting our belongings ...

We rented the larger room and it was very nice. There is a large room with a king sized bed refrigerator and microwave, then another room with two double beds. Each room has it own TV so it's nice for kids.
Close to L.A. and the Ocean.
Downside is the pool is only open till dusk.
