Awful Awful AwfulThe whole experience was horrible. We went for 5 day family reunion and the motel was the worst I've ever stayed at! The customer service is awful. It states when you reserve the room that the card you use will be charged a deposit if required otherwise you won't be charged until you check out.....NOT true. Worst hotel experience everPillow cases and sheets had holes in them, the top sheet had visible cigarette stains even though we were in a non smoking room. The blanket had holes in it and the quilt had unidentifiable stains on it. The bathroom fixtures were rusty. The toilet moved when you sat on it, rocked like it was going to come off its base.
