The location is great for business-related retreats or to take advantage of the spa & facilities .... however, if staying for just one night, The Chaminade is overpriced. We expected a bigger room for the price, as well as other "niceties" like a fridge or microwave (which it didn't have). However, the staff was very welcoming.

Asked for no feathers and gave me feathers.
Asked for no onions at lunch and gave me onions.
Hot tub broken.
Gave us room keys that didn't work.
Asked for faxed invoice, finally faxed after second request three days later.
Fax reflected discounts to bill, credit card statement did not.
