  • Very bad Service! Very desapointing!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/06/09
I booked 3 weeks in advance a Tea afternoon for my mother who is visiting from France and 3 days prior our wonderful tea party, the hotel called to say that it was canceled because of a private party.
Because we did not book for a regiment, our party of two has been canceled.
I will not go back to this pseudo chic hotel when they can not accommodate you in case of last situations.
Ce n'est pas digne d'un grand hotel

  • THEY HAVE ON SITE POLICE,MAJOR VIOLATION
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/24/09
Food sucks, the service is so so and they have cops who decide who should drive and who shouldnt. I honestly thought my friend (who barely drinks) said they would not allow her to drive which was crazy as she is pregnant and had a wine, and they did it to me....communisim.... the waitress told me they report who drank what....none of their business

  • Can't wait.

Best experience ever. Everything is perfect, the rooms, the service, the bathrooms, everything. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is like a big fairytale castle.

  • Fondest of memories ...
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/18/06
Location, professionalism of staff, luxury aura, including small touches like fresh strawberries delivered to room along with champagne. This property exudes ultime historic charm. It's fun to watch Pretty Woman just to recapture the experience.

  • The best hotel experience I've ever had!
    By Matthew, 05/14/06
The Regent Beverly Wilshire is by far the best hotel in the L.A. area. The front desk and concierge were all top-notch professionals, very courteous and helpful. I was there for business and was running late for a meeting which was just a few blocks down the street, but according to the valet I would never make it if I walked. So instead of ...

  • Need to improve the service!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/23/06
We really liked the hotel but the service was terrible. We specifically reserved three bathrobes, etc., for three girls. We got there, two robes, no extra towels, etc. for three guests. We called down for bath bubble twice - we waited two hours for bath bubble finally after we went out for an evening the bubble bath arrived. The service really ...

  • One of the best in America
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/23/05
Having stayed at various five star hotels across America and parts of the World, this place ranks among the top of the highest tier. The front desk and concierge are truly professional and naturally makes you feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and quiet. When we stayed, the pool and gym were closed due to renovation, but they provided us with guest passes to a gym across the street.

  • The best for serious Beverly Hills shoppers
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/05
The Regent Beverly Wilshire is the best place to stay if you want the elegance of Beverly Hills and you want to be close to all the great shops. The rooms are beautiful and you will not be disappointed. It has a decent pool and fitness area, with excellent service.

It is a beautiful historic hotel building, and it is where Pretty Woman was filled. We loved the house limo- very nice service.
