I have been using the Best Western in Valencia weekly for a few weeks. Although only listed as a 2 star facility it is wonderful. Some of the rooms have microwaves and fridges. The staff is wonderful. It is one of the "cheaper" facilites and you get your monies worth. However, according to the internet there is continental breakfast. I have never seen that but they do have free coffee and hot chocolate.
