I booked this hotel as it had good reviews, recently renovated and it's rating same as nearby Marriott Courtyard and Hilton Garden Inn. It was also the least expensive in the three star category I was looking for in the Bay area. An added bonus was that it was surrounded by greenery. I stayed for a week.

The front desk assigned us a room in which someone's luggage was already there. We returned to front desk for another room without getting an apologize.
There was a funny smell in the whole building.
We also found a gum on shower curtain. YAK!!!

I stay here quite often & try different hotels in the area yet I always seem to go back to this establishment. I love the lay out of the place & some of the rooms actually make you feel like you're on vacation at some far off tropical location. It's very comfy.
