Nice and ConvenientThis was a very nice, clean hotel. It was also convenient for accessing all of the shops and waterfront area in Morro Bay. Poor ManagementWe rented 2 rooms for the weekend for myself and daughter. Rooms were clean. When we tried to take a shower there was no hot water. I called the front office and they said that it was being worked on. I used the other room we had rented and there was occasional hot water. Do Not Give Them Your Credit Card Info!!Made a reservation with them and had a problem with the car. Called them at noon to say we wouldn't make it.
They told me that if they did not rent the room we reserved that we would be charged. This was not explained when I made the reservation directly through them.

Concierges disguised as desk clerks!Not only did they recommend restaurants, shops, excursions, etc., etc.--the open and friendly desk staff also offered to and then did make dinner reservations for us, and later called the room to confirm the reservations!
