Very, Very Nice!My Wife and I stayed here for a week while visiting family. What a surprise! The room was very nice. Clean, fresh, and comfortable. The recent renovations were very well done. Everything looks new inside and out. The grounds were well kept. The courtyard area was very relaxing. The continental breakfast was something to look forward to each day. ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Not what I thought it would be!Service was wonderful. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful person. Beds were clean and comfortable, however the bathroom area was disgusting. There was dirt that could be clearly seen and hairs on the sink area, in the shower and on the toilet! I didn't expect the Ritz, but I did expect it to be clean.2 of 2 Yahoo! Highly recommendedI like the location very much. It's walking distance to the mall, the moviehouse, restaurants, the bank, the post office, even Whole Foods Market. They've just become Quality Inn so they've repainted the walls and updated the furnishings. They didn't have a hairdyer initially but gave me one upon request. On my last day, ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Excellent HotelGreat Hotel. Please do not read older reviewes and stay away from this place. Actually they have remodelled and the place looks really nice now. The rooms are good. The bathrooms have granite flooring and walls.

QualityI was staying here for about 3 months while working in calabasas. The hotel was remodled and looks nice. The front desk loved listening to my stories and I would talk to them for 1 hour per day. I am working in a factory now on an assembly line in ventura and I am missing this place.1 of 1 Yahoo! I have stayed there plenty of times and they will not give me a big discount and the front desk clerk and I almost got into a fight on more than one occasion. Great Hotel enough saidThis was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were brand new and the Staff was very helpful. Shirlie made the stay great. They are currently remodeling and it looks great. Nicolas was very helpful in maintaining the room. This is one of the Greatest hotels I have seen in a while. Worth the $.1 of 2 Yahoo! AWFUL!!!The first room we were taken to had an overwhelming smoke smell. We were given a new room, and after we went to bed we realized the bedspread smelled horribly of BO. Not Worth the moneyI've stayed at cheap hotels this by far as been the worse. Two lamps with broken switches, no batteries in my TV remote. Room smelled like smoke. The receptionist was not pleasant. It took me two weeks to get a hold of the manager to request my money and he refuses to give me any money back. He said he would give me 25% off my next stay.. Eeeeeek!!Stopped in late after all day at Disney. Very tired, with 2 yr old child along. Fell into bed without looking around. In the morning, heard running water. People upstairs were showering and the water was pouring into OUR bathroom thru a hole in the ceiling that had been covered with contact paper!! Also there was a large bug smashed on the bathroom wall. Room was very small and dirty as well. Couldn't wait to get out of there!3 of 3 Yahoo!
