We've stayed here 6 times and every time it was very clean, and the staff very polite.

it's cheap and comfortable. they cleaned my room everyday. there's a lot of chinese stores and restaurant near the motel. i enjoyed the spa. breakfast was good too. and staff are very friendly and helpful.

We always stayed here because of the location. It is near where we wanted to be and has lots of chinese stores and restaurants. But this 4th of July weekend we stayed there was the worst experience. Good motel!
The room is clean. Many supermarkets and Chinese restaurants neighbor to the motel.
Free wireless internet is provided.
The free breakfast is also good.
The location is near the interchange of I-10 freeway and it's very very convenient for people who rent a car in LA.

Not a horrible place, but not exactly comfortable either. I'm assuming that most people go here just because of the Best Western name (that's why I did). It really doesn't mean much in the case of this particular hotel. Sure, it's cheap, but that's almost the only thing it has going for it. You get what you pay for. There are other places in Monterey Park that are much more comfortable and cost just a few dollars more.

This BW hotel is next to highway I-10, Chinese restaurants and stores. Complimentary coffee and juice were available when I checked in. Check-in took about 30 minutes because of computer problems or the desk clerk did not know what to do (he had to call someone for assistance). The only complaint would be a very poor breakfast. Other than That..ok.
