When I arrived there they told me I did not have a reservation even with a confirmation number. I did not get the rate I was quoted or the bayside room. Staff exerted very little effort to remedy the problem. As I was getting a room due to the fact that all other hotels were sold out. It is in the Marina so the view is great, plus its right by the beach so you don't have to bother with LA traffic. It is in a safe area that is like a little community in the big city. There are countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. The service was friendly and the view was pretty. It isn't the Ritz but the prices are great, because if you book in advance they give you a discount
