My stay at this hotel was the worst EVER. What was supposed to be a relaxing day turned out to be a nightmare. The clerk forgot to give me a parking slip for my car and when I came out of the room to go somewhere, the car had been TOWED. This place is dirtier and more disgusting than any roach motel I have EVER stayed at. I would not go back there if it was the last hotel in Glendale, which it is NOT. With all the nice hotels on Colorado Blvd next to the Americana, why anyone would waste their money on this dump is beyond me. Reconsider this place. Unless you like dirty bathtubs and smelly sheets.

I stayed two nights, the second day I came at night and my key doesn't work. I went to the office and they realized that they forgot to activate the key for the numbers you booked. I went to my room, and the same I left, they didn't clean the room, I called the office and the same answer, they forgot to let the house cleaning to clean the room.

I actually booked this place for my visiting brother and some of his friends. It's a great value for younger travellers and it's not too far from everything. No heat for four nights during the torrential rains. We reported it repeatedly. Front desk people generally ignorant of their area (icluding restaurants and the train station) and rooms were in DIRE need of redecoration and painting. It was, however, quite clean.

I had a family gathering to attend to in Glendale. I enjoyed the front desk staff services. They catered to my every need and remembered my name!!!

The rooms have been newley remodled and the locations to the galleria and minutes away from Hollywood was a plus.
