Deserved the Top Value Economy Hotel. Room was basic but fine. Got everything you need for especially for this price. The staff and manager of this hotel can't be beat. They were 100% committed to making sure we had a great stay and we did everything we wanted to do in Little Rock.

I stayed at this hotel last night, and had no problems at all. The room was clean, front desk helpful, and wireless internet worked well. There was not obtrusive noise, and the location was secluded and secure. I was 10 minutes from downtown, even in morning rush hour. I did not partake of the breakfast due to time, from what I saw during checkout ...

There is a reason this motel is a cheap as it is. I have no idea why other Yahoo users have rated this motel with decent reviews. I stayed at this hotel based upon the Yahoo user reviews and was exceptionally disappointed. This motel is located just a few yards from the highway, so plan to be serenaded to bed by the sound of passing cars and 18 ...

I liked the location of hotel, and it's just few minutes from the Airport. Hotel was very clean, and inviting. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful as we were not familiar with the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was not easy to find the better place, while you are on budget. The room rates are just $49. The room had everything even 2 Complimentry Water Bottle. Micro-Fridge, Iron/Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, 75 Channel plus HBO, We found enough towels, soap & Shampoo.

Met our needs exactly, and was good value for the money. The rooms are fairly comfortable. Rooms had lots of amenities just the way we stayed in at Comfort Inn in Silver Spring, MD. Lots of Channel on TV plus HBO.
I go to little Rock often, I will continue to use this Hotel.
