I really don't know where to begin. I had some property mysterously disapeared from my room, and the only one after me that was there was the house keeper, Room kind of smelled (but i think I got a smoking room, which I can live with).
On the plus side it did have a pool, very helpful staff(for the most part), great location, a jacuzzi, ...

So So

Other than staying in the older building of the hotel, the room was clean, needed a few repairs. The soda machine was out of order, but better off to bring your own anyway. The restaurant on the other hand, for your free breakfast that comes with your stay, do not order the fruit plate, the strawberries were moldy! Took for ever to get a cup of coffee. Other than that not to bad of a value, but will try some place else next time.
My husband and I made a quick day and a half trip to Eureka Springs for our 3rd anniversary and needed to find a hotel. This place had free wi-fi internet, a fabulous hot tub, and a bigger than average outdoor pool in comparison to other hotels in the area. Plus, they gave us a great discount on our room rates because it was late we we checked in. ...

Under the bed had dust bunnys ...

Not at all what I expected.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/07
We called a few weeks ahead of time to reserve a room for a wedding we were attending. We knew the wedding party was staying at one of the two Best Westerns in Eureka, but not sure which one, and called to check. When we were told they had blocked off rooms, and didn't have a king left in the blocked ones, we went ahead and reserved a king on ...
We always enjoy staying at the Best Western Eureka Inn. The hotel is conveniently located at nearly the center of all activities and right at the entrance to the historic downtown area. A trolley can pick you up at this location and take you just nearly anywhere you need to go in Eureka Springs. The staff here are so very friendly and go the ...
My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. We had a jacuzzi suite that was very private and very nice. It was a very clean and comfortable room. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. The desk clerk even went outside with us to take our picture ...

Stayed many times
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/02/05
Our Club has been staying at the BW Eureka Inn for several years. We've always been treated very well, and the propertly is flat enough for good motorcycle parking. Only drawback is that when leaving you can't see traffic coming from the left (east) very well.
