The hotel is ok looking but the staff seemed clueless. One manager named Ray something was a nightmare, always yelling at his employees and cussing and complaining about anything and everything. I surely hope he gets fired as soon as possible, that is the only way anyone I know will ever go back.

This hotel has a great location in the downtown area. Are rooms were facing the Arkansa river and had a beautiful view. The hotel staff was very friendly and service orientated.
