Great hotel, nice rooms, very clean and tidy. Would recommend to others. Really liked the many pools they had. Suites with separate rooms for bed and tv was nice. First visit in Arizona was good.

The BEST hotel bed I ever slept in, a cloud of comfort! Feather pilows, cotton sheets and blankets, heaven!

The romance package was excellent!!!! Would stay again. I would think that in late Oct. you would be able to get a little better suite rate for that time of year. I did not see a regular room type only the cliff side suite, but would enjoy going back.

I expected more given the advertising of this hotel. I found the desk staff preoccupied with personal business and the concierge snobbish and rude. I paid for a king suite (well over $200 per night) and was annoyed at extra charges for such things as internet service (the advertised wireless internet is only available in the hotel lobby at a ...

The hotel was beautiful, the buildings and the landscape. It was conviently located close to downtown Phoenix. The staff was cordial and helpful with all the aspects of our vacation.

The view was spectacular and the location really close to everything. I liked it because it offered so many amenities and wass close to where my son lived. I will go there again next year.

Tapatio Cliffs has a private spa way up on top of the mountain above the hotel. From it, you can see the entire city and there is a racoon family that likes to peak its head out from behind the boulders around the jacuzzi. The restaurant and golf are both excellent.
