DisapointedWe stay at a lot of Hilton Properties, I can honestly say this was the first time some one put a finger up to have me wait at the HHonors desk. Really slipping! We used to love it but-Summer rates bring in the "weekend warriors" so the occupancy rate was high. If you are a discriminating guest, you will be disappointed. This has been a favorite resort of ours for over 20 years but it is no longer clean and well maintained as it once was. Great Family Vacation-would go back!We took our 3 of our kids, 15, 12 and 8 and had a GREAT time. I heighly recommend this place for an unusual and quality experience. It was definitely a good deal as we booked it through Yahoo travel and made a package of it. Never have done this before and it worked out great. Loved it!The service was impeccable, this place is huge and all of the service people were very friendly and accomodating. The room had pillow top beds and feather pillows to die for. A Class ActExcellent customer service from check in to check out. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds provide a spectacular view from anywhere. A great place fro the family or a romantic get away. With the fitness center, pools, shops and restaurants you don't have to leave the grounds once you check in. FrustratingEverything you do at the Pointe other than sleep will cost extra. The internet is $12.00/night. Want to use the exercise room $10.00/day. Make a local call $1.00. Decide to check out early they want $45.00.
