I'm way too pickyOne maybe tow family vacations a year - so we're pretty picky to make sure we have a great experience. We stayed here in April 2006, and again in August 2007. They have been renovating, I noticed the difference in the rooms. Very comfortable. Pools and waterpark are phenomenal - love the lazy river, and so did my wife and 12 year old son. ...7 of 7 Yahoo! Plumbing/Pipe ProbsThis year we stayed during renovation time. I had booked online and was given the building with the sporadic plumbing pipe noise, smelly water and my teen caught 2 roaches in living area of room suite. disappointed at the HiltonStayed in a studio room and wow was it small. The bed took up most of the room making it very difficult to get to the room's only closet. The room also had a small dresser with 4 drawers for my wife and I to share. The sink and vanity had small ants crawling on it. Thank God the pool and restaurants were great.5 of 7 Yahoo! Great water park!The room was on the older side, but still nice, w/plenty of room. Comfy beds. The best part was the water park. Lots of fun, and not to crowded. I loved all the plants and flowers along the lazy river. Great value in the summer when rates are cheaper!OVERALL

excellent vacation3 kids baby 2 and 4 year old all had a great time. The pools were great. Only issue was that our room as near a busy walk way and we could hear people walking by a lot. I love coming here!!!My family comes here almost every year and it never gets old! I love the rooms, pools, "the hole in the wall" which is their fabulous restaurant, and just about everything there! Dont Stay Here!!!!We stayed at this resort last year, for 5 days. We had
to switch rooms 3 times due to maintenance issues. We experienced service issues as well that stay. We were given two free nights as an apology. The Best Stay in PhoenixThe Hilton Pointe Resorts in the Phoenix area..there are three, have never let us down. Everything that a person might want is made available to the guests. We have stayed at two of the resorts numerous times, and have never been disappointed. Always an awesome experience and worth the few extra bucks.OVERALL

Not for Business TravellerI fly into Phoenix about 3 weeks out of the month for business. I heard this was a great Hilton Stay. If you are a Business Traveller, DO NOT STAY HERE. Romper room hotel catered only to families. Almost impossible to get room service as they request you dine at the restaurants.
