Service Amazing! Mildew in the shower and a ripped and staind sheet, I was a little turned off. Room smelled like a burning match and it's was a maze to get to the room. I enjoyed the balcony and how big the room was. Immediate (walking distance) lots of restaurants farther out a little shady.

The service is outstanding. They really know how to take care of the guest. Our room was clean and it was great going to Starbucks in the morning. I will definately return to the hotel next month.

The room was large and comfortable. Food was expensive and not good. Breakfast eggs were swimming in grease. Many large functions such as weddings and seminars compromise use of the facility for regular guests. Mistake on my bill.I didn't get the quoted rate. No discounts for senior citizen or AAA.
Pool and golf facilities were very nice. If you are with a convention or get a special deal, give it a try. Otherwise forget it.

My wife has attempted to contact the san marcos in chandler to no avail for the purpose of scheduling a group function. Her calls go unanswered. This is a place to avoid.
I arrived late - 9pm. There was no one to help with my bags. not that it would have mattered. I was given a map and told to drive 5 buildings away! Not what I expect from a Crowne Plaza. Had an excellent stay! BEAUTIFUL landscaping and dining areas. A MUST SEE RESORT!! Staff was the best Ive ever come across. Lobby was very luxouious and the rooms were very accomodating.
